Throwing out appeals by 49 Palestinian families, Israel's High Court upholds the IDF's right to demolish homes of Palestinians accused of "terrorist" attacks without giving family mbrs. warning. Regarding whether the man was directly involved in supporting the attack (per Atty. Gen. Rubinstein's conditions; see 7/21), Internal Security M Uzi Landau says, "it's enough for a relative of a relative of a suicide bomber to set up a mourning tent or visit a mourning tent" to qualify for expulsion.
