After closing it on 3/26, the Hamas-run Ministry of Interior in Gaza conditionally re-opens the Erez border crossing this morning. The UK blocks the EU Foreign Affairs Council from adopting the 1/15 Paris peace conference’s joint declaration, according to European and Israeli diplomats.
