In East Jerusalem, 3 Palestinian families started demolishing their own homes in Issawiyya and Ras Khamis. 2 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in al-Tur. Off the coast of Gaza, Israeli naval forces opened fire at Palestinian fishermen within 3 nautical miles west of Dayr al-Balah; no injuries were reported. Israel confiscated the PA foreign minister Riyad al-Maliki’s VIP travel permit upon his return to the West Bank because he had met with the ICC chief prosecutor Fatou Bensouda on 3/18.
