Military Action:

Commander of IDF-backed local militia in Adloun, South Lebanon, killed by car bomb, PLO says Lebanese and Palestinian resistance is responsible.

Casualties:

IDF arrests 40 suspects after Adloun bombing; Sidon mayor estimates that 10,000 refugees from fighting to the north are sheltering in public buildings; export trade from Israel to Lebanon, about $ 10m monthly, reportedly returns to normal after cease-ffre.
