Arab Summit closes in Cairo. States issue final statement. Tone of message is stronger than expected, prompting PM Netanyahu to reply that "for the process to continue successfully . . ., such demands must be stopped." Egyptian Pres. Mubarak also says that summit participants discussed, generally support UN Secy. Gen. Butros-Ghali's decision to seek a 2d term in office (see 6/19).
