Israeli settlers also stole goods displayed outside of a store in Huwwara. Elsewhere, Israeli settlers fenced off a parcel of land near al-Farisiyya. Israeli settlers also razed land near Qalandia. Israeli forces shot and killed 1 Palestinian man at a flying checkpoint near Silwad. The man was shot after he allegedly refused to exit his vehicle and subsequently defended himself against assault by Israeli soldiers. The Israeli military launched an investigation into the killing on 1/22 after an initial probe found that man was unjustly killed. 4 Palestinians were arrested during a raid in Beit Umar. In East Jerusalem, 292 Israeli settlers toured the Haram al-Sharif compound. Israeli forces and municipality workers uprooted several olive trees in Silwan.
