The family of a Palestinian engineer fr. Gaza, Dirar Abu Sisi, who disappeared on 2/19/2011 in the Ukraine claim that Mossad agents kidnapped him and brought him back to Israel where he is being detained. Israel confirms only that Abu Sisi has been jailed in Ashkelon since 2/19. In the West Bank, the IDF patrols in al-Bireh, Birzeit, and Jericho, and in 4 villages nr.
