In the West Bank, the IDF patrols in 2 villages nr. Qalqilya, Tulkarm, and 1 nearby village, and 1 village each nr. Jenin and Ramallah in the morning, 1 village nr. Ramallah and 1 village nr. Israeli and Palestinian finance ministers Yair Lapid and Shukri Bishara agree on a series of economic cooperation projects during the 1st meeting of its kind since the Israeli election in 3/2013.
