In the West Bank, Israeli forces arrested 16 Palestinians; 4 during the day in and around Nablus, Bethlehem, and Hebron, and 12 during late-night raids in and around Jenin, Nablus, Qalqilya, and Hebron. Israeli forces also razed land and demolished a water well in Umm al-Khair south of Hebron. In East Jerusalem, Israeli forces arrested 7 Palestinians in Issawiyya.
