The Jenin Municipality says Israeli forces have uprooted more than 70% of streets in the city. The Jenin Governmental Hospital says it has been running on backup generators for 4 days due to Israeli forces damaging powerlines to the hospital and that it has suspended its dialysis service as a result. An Israeli soldier is killed and another injured during the raids. Separately from the raids in the Jenin governorate, Israeli forces shoot and injure 4 Palestinians during raids in Qusra. Israeli forces also shoot and injure a Palestinian man during a raid in Marda. Elsewhere, Israeli forces assault a Palestinian child and steal his bicycle in Birzeit. Israeli forces also demolish an agricultural structure in Hebron. Meanwhile, Israeli forces erect checkpoints at all entrances to the Hebron governorate. Israeli forces also arrest 22 Palestinians during late-night raids. Israeli settlers assault and injure a Palestinian man near Majdal Bani Fadel. Israeli settlers also throw stones at Palestinian vehicles traveling between Qalqilya and Jericho, injuring one Palestinian and damaging a car. Elsewhere, Israeli settlers steal 300 sheep during a raid in Sa’ir. Israeli settlers also uproot 70 olive tree saplings in Ni’lin. In Gaza, Israeli forces bomb Gaza City, Rafah, Khan Yunis, Nuseirat refugee camp, and Jabalia refugee camp. The Gaza Ministry of Health says at least 89 Palestinians have been killed in the past 48 hours, including 3 near the al-Ahli Arab Baptist Hospital in Gaza City.
