In the West Bank, 1 Israeli settler rammed 1 Palestinian man in Qalqas, hospitalizing him. Israeli forces shot and injured 1 Palestinian with live ammunition during a late-night raid in Jenin. Israeli forces also violently dispersed Palestinian protesters in Bayt Dajan, causing tear-gas related injuries. Elsewhere, Israeli forces violently dispersed Palestinian protesters in Kafr Qaddum, injuring 2 with baton rounds and others with tear gas. 2 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in Bayt Rima and Jenin. In East Jerusalem, 1 Palestinian man rammed a car into a group of people at a bus stop near the Ramot settlement, killing 3, including 2 minors, and wounding 4 others before being killed by a settler. The man had been released from a psychiatric ward on 2/9 after suffering a psychotic episode. 10 of the man’s relatives were arrested in Isawiya in the hours after the incident and Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the man’s apartment sealed. In response to the string of attacks on 3/8 and after conferring with senior security officials, Israeli PM Netanyahu announces that Israel will complete the construction of the separation wall in the s.
