In the West Bank, Israeli forces sealed off the city of Bethlehem in coordination with the PA. PA prime minister Mohammed Shtayyeh said the city would be closed off for 30 days due to positive cases of the COVID-19 virus. 8 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in Birzeit and Jalazun refugee camp. In East Jerusalem, 2 Palestinians were arrested during raids in the Old City; Israeli forces and Palestinians subsequently clashed with no injuries reported.
