In the West Bank, Israeli settlers vandalized tombstones at a cemetery in Burqa. In East Jerusalem, Israeli forces raided stores in Silwan, beating up the owner of 1 store and leading to clashes with Palestinians; 4 Palestinians were arrested. Off the coast of Gaza, Israeli naval forces opened fire on Palestinian fishermen, injuring 2 with rubber-coated bullets.
