Soviet Aircraft Industry Min. Apollon Systsov tells Israeli Def. Min. Moshe Arens that USSR will sell Israel any defensive weapons Israel requires once full diplomatic relations have been established between the two nations, including the advanced MiG-31 fighter aircraft.
