In the West Bank, Israeli forces issued notices to residents of al-Khader, Nahalin, and Artas that Israel will seize 320 dunams (79 acres) of land for expansion of the Daniel, Eliezer, and Efrat settlements. Israeli forces also demolished 1 house under construction in Azzun ‘Atma. Elsewhere, Israeli forces shot and injured 1 Palestinian during a late-night raid in Nabi Salih. 45 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in Beit Sira, Hebron, and Surif. Israeli prime minister-elect Benjamin Netanyahu and Otzma Yehudit party leader Itamar Ben-Gvir agreed to amend the Disengagement Plan Implementation Law to allow Israeli settlers to repopulate the Homesh settlement outpost, create a yeshiva in the Evyatar settlement outpost, and to create infrastructure to several Israeli settlement outposts.
