In the West Bank, Israeli forces demolish 2 homes in al-Burj and an agricultural structure in Deir Dibwan. Israeli forces also issue demolition notices for 10 homes in Khirbet al-Tawil. Elsewhere, Israeli forces arrest 29 Palestinians during late-night raids in and around Ramallah, Jericho, Jenin, Bethlehem, and Jerusalem. In Gaza, Israeli forces bomb Gaza City, Jabalia refugee camp, Rafah, and Beit Lahiya, killing at least 24 people. In Lebanon, Israeli forces bomb Beirut, Tyre, Baalbek, Hermel, Tayouneh, Choueifat, Mount Lebanon, Marjayoun, Maaraka, al-Nabi Shayth, and Zibqin, killing at least 55 people. More than 44,235 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces in Gaza, including at least 17,500 children and 11,487 women, and around 104,638 have been injured since 10/7/2023. At least 10,000 people are missing in rubble. 797 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli forces and settlers in the West Bank and East Jerusalem since 10/7/2023, including 169 children. More than 6,500 people have been injured. Israel reports that 1,139 Israelis and foreign nationals have been killed and 5,400 have been injured in Israel since 10/7/2023, including Israeli soldiers. In addition, 376 Israeli soldiers have been killed and 2,440 injured in Gaza since the ground invasion began on 10/27/2023. Over 1.93 million Palestinians, nearly 85% of the population of Gaza, have been displaced since 10/7/2023. There has been a complete electricity blackout in Gaza since 10/12/2023 due to the Israeli blockade. 87% of all housing units in Gaza have been destroyed or severely damaged since 10/7/2023. 3,768 people have been killed and 15,699 have been injured in Israeli attacks on Lebanon since October 2023. The Gaza Media Office says 10,000 tents have been destroyed or damaged by a winter storm, appealing for international assistance for the internally displaced people in Gaza. Kamal Adwan Hospital director Hussam Abu Safia says Israel is using a new type of bomb dropped from quadcopters, which contains tiny fragments that penetrate the body and cause internal bleeding. The Israel Prison Service says 2,874 Palestinian prisoners have contracted scabies over the past year, with 1,704 cases still active. The admission comes after the High Court of Justice forced the state to reveal the data in response to a petition filed by Physicians for Human Rights Israel. The Israeli Security Cabinet will reportedly convene on 11/26 to discuss a ceasefire proposal for Lebanon. Lebanese officials say U.S. president Joe Biden and French president Emmanuel Macron expect to announce a 60-day ceasefire within 36 hours.
