In the West Bank, the IDF conducts morning patrols in 2 village nr. Tulkarm, stopping and questioning local residents but making no arrests; makes a late-night incursion into Tulkarm town and r.c., photographing houses surrounding the main PA security compound (see 7/15); conducts late-night patrols in Qalqilya, making no arrests.
