PM Barak arrives in Berlin for talks with German chancellor Gerhard Schroeder. Barak is on the 1st leg of a tour of Germany and France to discuss Israel's position on final status negotiations. Israel hopes that the EU nations, which provide the PA with much of its donor assistance, will press the PA to accept Israel's positions.
