In the West Bank, 1 Israeli settler opened fire at 2 Palestinians traveling in a vehicle near Hizma, injuring both. Israeli forces shot and injured 1 Palestinian man, claiming he had thrown an explosive device at Israeli forces at the Jalamah checkpoint near Jenin; no Israeli soldiers were injured. Israeli forces also violently dispersed Palestinians marking the 28th anniversary of the Ibrahimi Mosque Massacre in Hebron, causing tear-gas related injuries. Elsewhere, Israeli forces violently dispersed Palestinian protesters in Qaryut, injuring 6 with rubber-coated bullets and others with tear gas. Israeli forces also violently dispersed Palestinian protesters in Bayt Dajan, injuring 5 with rubber-coated bullets and others with tear gas. Meanwhile, Israeli forces violently dispersed Palestinian protesters in Beita, causing tear-gas related injuries. Israeli forces also delivered stop-work orders for a poultry plant, a barn, and a water well in Khillat al-Qern. 8 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in Ramallah, Bethlehem, Hebron, and Abu Dis. In East Jerusalem, 1 Palestinian family started demolishing their own home in Jabel Mukaber. Off the coast of Gaza, Israeli naval forces opened fire at Palestinian fishermen off the coast, injuring 1 with a rubber-coated bullet. In the West Bank, Israeli settlers with military escort toured Sabastia, closing parts of the town off to Palestinians. Israeli forces shot and injured 2 Palestinians with live ammunition during a raid in Jenin. Israeli forces also demolished 2 agricultural structures in Duma and confiscated a tractor in al-‘Awja. 8 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in Abu Dis, Aida refugee camp, Bethlehem, Hebron, Nablus, Deir Istiya, and Jenin. In East Jerusalem, Israeli settlers marched near the Damascus Gate plaza, chanting anti-Palestinian slogans, and attacked a grocery store. Israeli forces demolished 1 commercial structure in Isawiya. İbrahim Kalın, senior advisor to Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, and Turkish deputy foreign minister Sedat Önal met with Israeli president Isaac Herzog in Israel, ahead of a planned meeting between President Herzog and President Erdoğan in Turkey, which is said to be scheduled for 9 March. In the West Bank, Israeli forces violently dispersed Palestinian protesters in Nabi Salih, killing 1 Palestinian using live ammunition. Israeli forces also raided al-Quds University campus in Abu Dis, firing tear gas; 17 Palestinians suffered from tear gas inhalation. Elsewhere, Israeli forces demolished a car repair shop in al-Lubban al-Sharqiya and 2 agricultural structures in Khirbat al-Fakhit. Israeli forces also demolished 1 house and 1 water tank and assaulted and arrested 1 elderly Palestinian man protesting the demolition. 18 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in al-Am‘ari refugee camp, ‘Arura, Sinjil, al-Eizariya, ‘Anata, Beit Sahour, Husan, Beit Fajjar, Hebron, Beit Umar, Jenin, ‘Askar refugee camp, and Kafr Qaddum; 1 Palestinian was injured during the raid in Hebron as Israeli forces fired stun grenades at Palestinians protesting the raid. In Jerusalem, Palestinians protested outside of the municipality building against home demolitions in East Jerusalem. In the West Bank, Israeli settlers vandalized 9 Palestinian vehicles and sprayed racist graffiti in Jinsafut. Israeli settlers also razed 40 olive trees in Shufa. Elsewhere, Israeli settlers attacked 2 Palestinians, including a disabled man, in Burqa. Israeli forces demolished 1 Palestinian house under construction in al-Bireh. Israeli forces also released an attack dog at a Palestinian during an arrest in al-Bireh; a video of the incident shows the man with his hands in the air as Israeli forces releases the dog on him. Israeli military later defended the act, calling it proper because the dog was wearing a muzzle. 10 Palestinians were arrested during late-night raids in Khirbat Makhul, Qarawat Bani Hassan, Kafr ad-Dik, Balata refugee camp, ‘Anata, Abu Dis, Hebron, and Halhul; 1 Palestinian was shot and injured by Israeli forces using live ammunition during the raid in Abu Dis. In East Jerusalem, Israeli settlers vandalized 15 Palestinian vehicles in Sheikh Jarrah. Israeli police violently dispersed Palestinians with stun grenades who were protesting a provocative settler presence led by Itamar Ben-Gvir of the Religious Zionism party, who had reopened a makeshift outdoor office in Sheikh Jarrah on 2/13; 1 was assaulted by Israeli police and 2 were arrested. Israeli forces also demolished 1 commercial structure in Bayt Hanina. In Gaza, Israeli forces made incursions and leveled 15 dunams (3.5 acres) of farmland near Khan Yunis.
