In the West Bank, 1 Israeli settler was injured by unidentified stone throwers hitting his car near the Carmiel settlement. Israeli forces shot and injured 1 Palestinian with a baton round and injured others with tear gas during a raid in ‘Usarin. Israeli forces also shot and injured 3 Palestinians in al-Bireh. It was reported that the Israeli forces used expanding bullets known as dumdum. Elsewhere, Israeli forces demolished 2 agricultural structures in Nahalin. The French foreign ministry said that it is assisting Palestinian human rights lawyer Salah Hamouri with legal support and has urged Israel to release Hamouri and allow him to reside in East Jerusalem, where he is from. Axios reported that UAE foreign minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan told former Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the UAE has concerns about Netanyahu’s alliance with Itamar Ben-Gvir and the Otzma Yehudit party. Israeli forces shot and killed 1 Palestinian minor during a raid in Husan, saying he had thrown a Molotov cocktail at the Israeli forces; 4 others were injured by live ammunition. Israeli forces also shot and killed 1 Palestinian man during a raid in Silwad; 6 others were injured. Commander of the Samaria Brigade Roi Zweig told his soldiers, in a televised speech, that they had to “restore the honor to this land and the people of Israel,” before the troops entered Nablus to guard the site of Joseph’s Tomb, which is undergoing restoration work after it was vandalized on 4/9. Israeli forces traveling in a minibus with Palestinian license plates assassinated 3 Palestinians during a raid in Nablus. The forces blocked a vehicle carrying the 3 Palestinians and jumped out of the minibus, shooting dozens of bullets at their car. The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades said the 3 men, Ashraf al-Mubaslat, Adham Mabrukeh, and Mohammed al-Dakheel, were members or their organization. A 4th person in the car was arrested. Israel claimed that the men had “tried to open fire” but had not fired at the Israeli forces ambushing them. Israeli forces also sealed off the main entrance to ‘Azzun. Israeli forces fired a missile at Syria from a fighter jet flying over Lebanese air space. Syria then fired an anti-aircraft missile at the fighter jet, missing it. The anti-aircraft missile fell near Jenin, causing neither injuries nor damage.
