In the West Bank, IDF troops arrest 10 Palestinians and issue 1 arrest summons during raids in and around Hebron, Jenin, and Bethlehem, and patrol near Hebron and Qalqilya. In East Jerusalem, Israeli forces arrest 1 Palestinian during a raid in Abu Dis. Israeli DM Lieberman accuses Hezbollah of perpetrating the 10/21 rocket attack on Israel. Addressing the UNGA in New York, U.S. pres. Trump threatens North Korea and criticizes the 7/14/2015 Iran nuclear deal, formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA). He does not mention the Palestinians or the peace process.
