In the West Bank, 1 Palestinian was shot and killed after allegedly opening fire on settlers at the Beit El settlement; 1 settler was lightly injured. Israel forces later arrested 1 other Palestinian accused of being an accomplice. Israeli settlers raided Huwwara, leading to a confrontation between Israeli soldiers and Palestinians; 1 was injured with live ammunition and 8 others suffered tear-gas related injuries. Israeli settlers also vandalized olive trees in Qusra and Qaryut and stole olive harvests in Awarta. Israeli forces shot and killed 2 Palestinians and injured 5 others, including 3 medics, during a raid in Jenin refugee camp. Israeli forces also seized 1 bulldozer in Bayt Dajan. Elsewhere, Israeli forces violently dispersed Palestinian protesters in Kafr Qaddum, injuring 3 with baton rounds and others with tear gas. Malaysian authorities freed a Palestinian man who had been abducted, allegedly by Malaysian nationals working for Israel and trained by the Mossad in Europe. The alleged agents were arrested.
