In the Gaza Strip, Palestinians fire 3 rockets into s. Israel, causing no damage or injuries. In response, the Israeli Air Force strikes 1 site each in the c. and s. Gaza Strip, causing damage and moderately wounding 1 child. Off the coast nr. Bayt Lahiya. Israeli naval vessels shoot at Palestinian fishermen, causing no damage or injuries. In the West Bank, IDF troops seizes tents provided by the UN for families whose homes in the Jordan Valley were destroyed by Israel. The IDF conducts house searches and arrest raids in Bethlehem and 1 nearby village, 1 village nr. Qalqilya, 1 village nr. Ramallah, alFawar r.c. nr. Hebron, and in Tulkarm; patrols in 1 village nr. Ramallah in the morning, and in 3 villages nr. Hebron at night. Meanwhile, Jewish settlers chop down around 50 olive trees nr. Yatta s. of Hebron. Separately, Palestinian and international activists block the entrance to Elazar settlement nr. Bethlehem, until Israeli forces disperse them. In the West Bank, IDF troops clash with residents in a village nr. Qalqilya during a raid, with 1 Palestinian wounded by a tear gas canister striking him on the hand. The IDF conducts house searches and arrest raids in 1 village nr. Jenin in the morning, and in 1 village and al-‘Arub r.c. nr. Hebron at night; patrols in Tulkarm and 1 village each nr. Jenin and Ramallah in the morning, in 1 village each nr. Hebron and Jenin in the afternoon, and in 2 villages each nr. Hebron and Jenin, and 1 village nr. Ramallah at night. In a televised interview, Hizballah leader Shaykh Hasan Nasrallah accuses Saudi Arabia of being behind the suicide bombing attacks that targeted the Iranian Embassy in Beirut on 11/19.
