In the West Bank, Israeli settlers vandalized 10 Palestinian vehicles in a car park in Hebron, smashing windows, and opened fire at Palestinian homes, causing damage. Israeli settlers also threw stones at Palestinian homes and vehicles near Burin. Israeli forces shot killed 1 Palestinian man after he allegedly rammed his car into 5 Israeli soldiers at the Nabi Musa and Almog junctions south of Jericho. Israeli forces also took measurements for a punitive demolition in Hebron of the family home of a Palestinian killed by Israeli forces on 10/29 who was accused of killing 1 Israeli settler. Elsewhere, Israeli forces violently dispersed Palestinian protesters in Bethlehem, injuring 1 minor with a baton round. Israeli forces also violently dispersed Palestinian protesters in Tulkarm, injuring 1 with a baton round and others with tear gas. Meanwhile, Israeli forces seized 1 tractor in al-Lubban ash-Sharqiya. In East Jerusalem, Israeli settlers toured the Haram al-Sharif compound. Israel announced that it will close crossings into the West Bank and Gaza for Palestinians from the night of 10/31 to the night of 11/1 for the Israeli elections. (HA, TOI 10/30)

For the 2d day in a row, Israeli forces conduct major demolitions in a bedouin community in the West Bank. They destroy 15 structures, including several homes and the only school, in Khirbat Tana nr. Jericho. Elsewhere, 2 Israeli border police officers are injured in a suspected car-ramming attack nr. Jenin. The alleged assailant flees the scene without being identified. IDF troops arrest 18 Palestinians and assault 1 during late-night raids nr. Nablus, Hebron, Jenin, and in Tulkarm, sparking minor clashes in Burin village nr. Hebron (there are no serious injuries). They also patrol during the day nr. Hebron. Israeli settlers pray at a holy site outside Kifl Haris village nr. Salfit, sparking clashes with stone-throwing Palestinian youths; there are no serious injuries. In East Jerusalem, Israeli forces conduct raids in Issawiyya for the 2d day in a row, arresting 2 Palestinians. Off Gaza’s coast, Israeli naval forces open fire on Palestinian fishing boats nr.
