Elsewhere in the West Bank, IDF troops confiscate 2 cars, destroy personal property, and arrest 14 Palestinians during late-night raids in and around Jenin, Hebron, Bethlehem, and Nablus; and patrol nr. Nablus, Salfit, and Hebron. In East Jerusalem, Israeli forces arrest 3 Palestinians who allegedly threw stones in the Old City. Off Gaza’s coast, Israeli naval forces open fire on Palestinian fishing boats nr.
