PA Pres. Mahmud Abbas says in an interview with al-Arabiya TV that he and Hamas leader Khalid Mishal are in agreement about the need for a peaceful intifada. Pres. Abbas says that PA security forces in the West Bank are arresting Palestinians who smuggle weapons from Israel.
