Israeli court rejects the compensation claims of families of Palestinians killed by Baruch Goldstein in the 2/25/94 al-Ibrahimi mosque attack, says government is not accountable for Goldstein's actions. Israel had offered $25,000 each to the parents of the 19 single men killed and $63,000 to the widows of married victims. The 19 families took the money, but the widows sought $150,00-$300,000 each.
