Israeli Cabinet accuses Egypt of violating spirit of Camp David by Mubarak's meeting with Arafat. Railroad workers in North strike for 3 days to protest erosion of salaries. Arab World: Egypt's FM Butros Ghali urges resumption of talks between Jordan and PLO.
