Other Countries: UN Host Country Committee recommends General Assembly vote to have U.S. reconsider Arafat visa denial [WP 11/29]. U.K., W. Germany criticize U.S.' denial of visa to Arafat; Soviet Union calls the denial "an unconstructive and illegal step" [WP 11/29].

Military Action
