Egypt, Israel, Jordan, PA hold 1-day mtg. in Amman on repatriation of Palestinian refugees. PA says 800,000 1967 refugees are eligible to return. FM Peres calls for slow, staged repatriation to "prevent disruption and disorder." PA Planning M  Shaath suggests Israel immediately allow 100 families to return as confidence-building measure; Peres refuses.
