After a 3d inconclusive Israeli cabinet session on FRD, Netanyahu leaves for mtg. with Secy. of State Albright in Paris, promising Infrastructures M Sharon that he will not present Albright with any new maps, plans; all he will take with him is a list of conditions for the PA.
