In Jerusalem, PA, Israeli negotiators review drafts of possible Hebron protocol to work out final details. Both sides say that there are no more substantive differences btwn. them. PM Netanyahu tells his cabinet ministers that the main achievement of the Hebron protocol draft, as it stands, is that most of the West Bank territory will remain under Israel's control after further redeployment is completed, Israel will determine the amount of land to be returned under the 3 stages.
