Moskowitz vows to go ahead with plans to build 130 apartments for Jews at Ras al-Amud. Ateret Cohanim prepares plans to move "thousands" of supporters to the neighborhood. Several MKs threaten to resign if the government forces an eviction. Meanwhile, 100s of Israelis, Palestinians protest at the heavily guarded site.
