PA Preventive Security Force (PSF) detains editors Ghazi Hamad and Mahmud al-Bardawil, reporter Wisam Afifa of Hamas's weekly newspaper al-Risala for questioning regarding an article on the torture in PA custody of Ayman al-Amsi (see 5/11); holds them without charge for several hours.
