IDF helicopters strike a Force 17 office, electricity grid, residential areas in Khan Yunis, killing 2 Palestinians, cutting power to the camp. IDF troops then open fire on rescue workers, Palestinians gathered to observe the damage, killing a 3d Palestinian, wounding 20.
