Faris Wahada; fires on residential areas of Rafah, wounding 1. An Islamic Jihad gunman infiltrates a Hebron Jewish settlement, fatally shoots 2 Jewish settlers (including a 7-mo.-old girl), wounds 2 before being shot dead by security guards.
