Palestinians fire at least 1 rocket fr. Gaza into Israel, causing no damage or injuries. In the West Bank, the IDF sends undercover units into Bita village nr. Nablus in cars with Palestinian license plates, raids a home, arrests 2 Palestinians; conducts arrest raids, house searches in Balata r.c. (clashing with Palestinian gunmen, killing 1 armed Palestinian, wounding a 2d) and nr. Nablus, Tulkarm. In Bayt Lahiya, ESF mbrs. kidnap, shoot, wound a Fatah mbr., sparking clashes btwn.
