In Gaza, the IDF reopens the Qarni crossing for limited imports; bulldozes 50 d. of agricultural land nr. Dayr al-Balah, additional areas nr. Khan Yunis; fires across the Israeli border into residential areas nr. Khan Yunis, wounding 1 Palestinian. In the West Bank, the IDF raids houses, conducts ID checks nr. the Ibrahimi Mosque in Hebron; conducts arrest raids, house searches nr. Nablus and in Bethlehem, Jenin town and r.c. Also nr. Nablus, a Palestinian is killed when a roadside bomb he is planting detonates prematurely.
