In Gaza, the IDF launches an air strike, damaging a Palestinian house nr. the Rafah border. Palestinians fire several rockets fr. Gaza into Israel, injuring 1 IDF soldier in Sederot. PA security forces find, seal 2 smugglers tunnels on the Rafah border. (NYT 9/27; OCHA 9/27; PCHR 9/28)
