In the West Bank, the IDF conducts latenight arrest raids, house searches nr. Hebron, Nablus. Jewish settlers fr. Kiryat Arba and a nearby unauthorized outpost in Hebron’s Wadi al-Nassara neighborhood (seized on 7/17) attack Palestinians and their homes nearby, injuring 3 Palestinians; set up 2 additional tents at the outpost.
