In the West Bank, the IDF conducts late-night arrest raids, house searches in Bil‘in, nr. Hebron. A carload of 5 Jewish settlers deliberately attempts to run down a Palestinian teenager walking along a road nr. Kiryat Arba settlement in Hebron, lightly injuring him. (OCHA, PCHR 7/9)
