Netanyahu authorizes construction of 29 housing units in Kedar settlement s. of Jerusalem, saying those units had been approved before the 11/25 settlement freeze. For a 2d day, Israeli naval vessels off the n. Gaza coast fire on Palestinian fishing boats that approach the boundary of the permitted fishing zone, causing no reported injuries.
