Israeli naval vessels fire on Palestinian fishing boats off the n. Gaza shore, forcing them to return to shore. In the West Bank, the IDF conducts separate synchronized patrols in 3 villages s. of Jenin, 2 nr. Salfit, and 2 nr. Tulkarm in the morning; raids a home in Hebron in the afternoon, arresting a Palestinian teenager for stoning an IDF patrol earlier in the day; conducts evening patrols in 2 villages nr.
