An Israeli warplane makes an air strike on a rocket-launching team in Gaza, killing 1 AMB mbr. and wounding 5. In the West Bank, the IDF patrols in 4 villages nr. Qalqilya, 1 nr. Jenin. Palestinians (sometimes accompanied by Israeli and international activists) hold weekly nonviolent demonstrations against the separation wall, land confiscations, and settlement expansion in Bil’in, Ni’lin, and Nabi Salih. IDF soldiers fire rubber-coated steel bullets, tear gas, and stun grenades at the protesters; 1 Palestinian in Bil’in is lightly injured. Similar protests are held by Palestinians in Kafr al-Dik nr.
