PA Pres. Abbas tells a conference in Ramallah that an extension of negotiations with Israel would require the borders of a future Palestinian state to be defined. Meanwhile, Israel’s Economics and Trade Minister Naftali Bennett says that Israel would gradually annex Area C of the West Bank in light of the failure of negotiations, and declares that the “Oslo era is over,” in remarks made to reporters during a visit to the Gush Etzion settlement bloc s. of Jerusalem.
