In the Gaza Strip, Israeli forces conduct air strikes against targets in n. Gaza City and in Nussayrat r.c., where Hamas’s military wing, the Izzeddin al-Qassam Brigades, operates a training site. Neither attack caused injuries. Meanwhile, off the coast nr. Bayt Lahiya, Israeli naval vessels arrest 3 Palestinian fishermen and confiscate 2 boats. In the West Bank, the IDF conducts house searches and arrest raids in Hebron and al-‘Arub r.c. and 1 village nearby at night; patrols in 2 villages nr. Jenin in the morning, 1 village nr. Salfit in the afternoon, and in 2 villages nr. Hebron, and 1 village each nr. Jenin and Tulkarm at night. Jewish settlers cut down 150 olive trees in al-Khadir village nr. Bethlehem.
