State Dept. dep. spokesperson Harf says that the U.S. has strong evidence Hamas was “involved” in the killing of 3 Israeli settler teenagers whose bodied were discovered on 6/30, but does not directly say the group is responsible. The UNSC issues a statement unanimously condemning the killings, urging Israel and the PA to cooperate in bringing those responsible to justice.
