In the West Bank, IDF troops violently disperse Palestinian, Israeli, and international protesters at Friday demonstrations against the Israeli occupation and recent restrictions at Haram al-Sharif in 4 villages nr. Ramallah (Bil‘in, Ni‘lin, Nabi Salih, and Silwad) and Kafr Qaddum nr. Qalqilya; 6 Palestinians are injured, including the Palestinian chief of police in Nablus. Meanwhile, thousands of Palestinians march nr. Nablus in a funeral procession for the Palestinian who died on 9/24 from wounds sustained on 9/17, and minor clashes break out between Israeli forces and stone-throwing Palestinian youths (IDF troops assault 2 AFP journalists and destroy some of their equipment). IDF troops conduct house searches and raids in 1 village nr. Hebron, arresting 1 Palestinian; patrol nr.
