In the West Bank, Israeli forces reopen a road in Hebron’s Old City after 4 mos. of closure. Palestinians’ movement and access remains restricted in large portions of the H2 zone, which is under full Israeli control. Israeli troops arrest a Palestinian youth in c. Hebron after he is allegedly found to be carrying a knife. The IDF also conducts raids and house searches nr. Jenin, Qalqilya, Ramallah, Bethlehem, and Hebron, arresting 7 Palestinians and issuing arrest summons to 3; patrols nr. Hebron and Salfit.
