In the West Bank, IDF troops arrest a Palestinian youth in c. Hebron alleging that he was planning a stabbing attack. They arrest 2 more Palestinians during late-night raids nr. Hebron, and patrol during the day nr. Nablus, Hebron, Qalqilya, Ramallah, and Salfit. Israeli settlers uproot 15 olive tree seedlings and spray herbicide on 7 others outside Yatta village nr. Hebron. In East Jerusalem, Palestinian youths throw stones at Israeli police in Silwan, injuring 1 officer. Israeli forces assault and detain 5 Palestinians on their way home from a prison visit in s.
